Don't touch with a ten foot pole .... absolutely no customer service skills , will not return phone calls , 10 weeks to get a part from interstate and finally come and install , and only after constant phone calls looking for an update . When they get sick of you enquiring , they then send text messages to avoid having to talk to you and give you the bad news .. and after it was finally repaired , they then tried to charge more than the original quoted amount ..and always with " ATTITUDE ": !! from the office staff to the repairer .. they treat the customer with contempt as if they are doing you a favour . There are lots of appliance repairers out there . Find one who appreciates your business and money and will provide a good level of customer service to get it and keep it . I very rarely write reviews as I know things don't always run smoothly . But these guys just don't care .....GIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH !!!!!
